New from LECO, the DSX Series of opto-digital microscopes combines advanced optics and the latest digital technology in one user-friendly system. Instead of looking through eyepieces, everything is controlled by touch screen, which takes the operator through the process from inspection to measurement to analysis to final report.

HIGH DYNAMIC RANGE

Samples may appear differently depending on the quality of material, surface conditions, or illumination methods. The High Dynamic Range (HDR) function of the DSX Series combines several images taken at different exposures to accurately correct brightness differences on the sample surface. HDR provides high-fidelity images that show not only textures, but also flaws and defects that were previously undetectable.

LARGE ZOOM RANGE

With optical zoom, you can display the sample surface at the best magnification for your needs. Enlarging and reducing can be done seamlessly, and when you change magnification, the focal point stays in place.

MIX OBSERVATION MODE (BRIGHT-FIELD AND DARK-FIELD)

Use bright-field (BF) and dark-field (DF) observation methods at the same time—the benefits of bright-field ease of use and dark-field ease of detection.
